BCS 3rd XI v Queen Elizabeth Barnet
BCS won the match scoring 239 runs for 5 wickets, QEB scoring 164 for 9 wickets.
The 3rd XI made a little piece of recent history on Saturday by achieving its highest score since modern records begun. This was due not just to the fortuitous selection of Larry Eaton, who achieved 59 runs or Bairav Kotecha, who achieved 52, but also due to some tight fielding by the whole team and some consistently accurate bowling by players such as Calum Thompson and Tom Matthews.
A fine start to the season.
